MEET YOUR ORTHODONTIC STAFF

Cindy is the office manager of our Mesa office. She graduated from Phoenix College in 1977 with a national certification in dental assisting and Arizona's certification in radiography. She started her career in orthodontics as a lab technician and clinical assistant and has been with Macdonald Orthodontic for over 10 years! Cindy is responsible for financial arrangements, patient's accounts, and insurance. She has been happily married for thirty two years and has three grown children and one grandson. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and shopping with her daughter.

Carmen is our Mesa treatment coordinator. She entered the orthodontic field in 1993 after completing a dental assisting program at Apollo College where she graduated with honors. As treatment coordinator, she will see you through your first appointment and answer questions about treatment recommendations, appointments, and financial options. Carmen is married and has two beautiful daughters. Her spare time is spent on the soccer field, cheering for her daughters.

Sarah is our treatment coordinator in our Gilbert Office. She is our walking talking billboard; she loves showing off her Macdonald Ortho Smile and helping patients achieve the smile they always wanted, Sarah will be seeing you through your initial visit in our Gilbert office. She joined the team in 2001 and has worked in almost every position in our office. She graduated in 2009 from ASU, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In her spare time and on the weekends she enjoys traveling, snow-boarding, and cheering on her Sun Devils football team with her family and friends.

Ashley is our scheduling coordinator in our Mesa office. She is currently attending Mesa Community College perusing a degree in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time she loves the outdoors, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Wendy is our orthodontic lab technician. She makes all the study models, retainers, expanders, and other appliances. She also takes care of the bulletin boards, which are extremely popular in our office. Wendy is always thinking of new contests for our patients. She has been with us since 1991, but has worked in the orthodontic field since 1975. Stop by the lab sometime and say hi!

Jody is a clinical assistant and has been with our office since 1991. She is also responsible for inventory and ordering in the office. She lives in Gilbert with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Jessica is a clinical assistant and has been with our practice since 2005. She graduated from the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting in 2003. Jessica loves assisting and interacting with the patients, in our office. Her hobbies include camping with her husband, playing volleyball, dancing, and white water rafting back home in Oregon.

Rebecca is a clinical assistant to your orthodontists and joined our team in 2007. Rebecca lives an active life and enjoys being outdoors, boating, biking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sylvia is a clinical assistant she began assisting in a dental office in 1987 and joined the orthodontic field in 1997. She is responsible for inventory and ordering in the Gilbert office. Sylvia has two children Cherise and Kyle.  She loves spending time with her two children and her adorable Doberman “Charlotte”.  Sylvia values her weekends, she loves sports and is an avid Cardinals fan!

Crystal is a clinical assistant; she joined our team in 2009 and fell in love with orthodontics. She is currently attending Mesa Community College, working on her Associates and prerequisites for dental hygiene. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband biking, sight seeing, playing basketball, tennis, swimming, watching movies, and traveling.

Stephanie is also a clinical assistant; she also joined our team in 2009 and is just beginning her career in Orthodontics. She is currently attending school pursing a degree in dental Hygiene.
