Cindy is our office manager. She graduated from Phoenix College in 1977 with a national certification in dental assisting and Arizona's certification in radiography. She started her career in orthodontics as a lab technician and clinical assistant. Cindy is responsible for financial arrangements, patient's accounts, and insurance. She has been happily married for twenty-nine years and has three grown children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and antique shopping with her daughter.

Carmen is our treatment coordinator. She entered the orthodontic field in 1993 after completing a dental assisting program at Apollo College where she graduated with honors. As treatment coordinator, she will see you through your first appointment and answer questions about treatment recommendations, appointments, and financial options. Carmen is married and has two beautiful daughters. Her spare time is spent with her family on the trails or in the dunes riding all-terrain vehicles.

Heather is our scheduling coordinator and is happy to assist you with any scheduling needs. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in History and a minor in business. She also earned her secondary education certificate from Utah Valley State College. A native of Arizona, Heather enjoys traveling with her husband, the beach, the mountains, and spending time with her family.

Wendy is our orthodontic lab technician. She makes all the study models, retainers, expanders, and other appliances. She also takes care of the bulletin boards, which are extremely popular in our office. Wendy is always thinking of new contests for our patients. She has been with us since 1991, but has worked in the orthodontic field since 1975. When not "in the lab," Wendy enjoys spending time with her daughter, going camping, and singing in the church choir. She invites all patients to stop by the lab and say hi!

Jody is a clinical assistant and has been with our office since 1991. She is also responsible for inventory and ordering in the office. She lives in Gilbert with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Sarah is a clinical assistant; she joined the team in 2001 as our sterilization specialist and began assisting in 2004. She received her certification in radiography from Phoenix College in 2005. She is currently attending The W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where she is majoring in marketing, she dreams of becoming a marketing manager for an orthodontic practice. When she is not busy with schoolwork, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica is a clinical assistant and has been with our practice since 2005. She graduated from the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting in 2003. She loves assisting and interacting with the patients. Her hobbies include camping with her husband, playing volleyball, dancing, and white water rafting back home in Oregon.

Vivian is a clinical assistant and has been in the orthodontic field for the past 13 years. She was born and raised in Southern California where she attended Bryman College and became a registered Dental Assistant. She fell in love and moved to the Big Island of Hawaii where she lived for three years. After getting tired of Island life she relocated here to Arizona, where she currently lives in northeast Mesa with her husband Eric and their dog Maddy. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, fishing, baking, and traveling.

Rebecca is our sterilization specialist and is being trained as a clinical assistant. A native of Arizona, she enjoys extreme sports, photography, getting stuck in a good book, and spending time with her family.
