John "My daughter Sveta was adopted from Russia about 4 years ago when she was 8 years old. The Russian orphanage system does not put a lot of importance on dental care and it was evident from Sveta's poor ortho condition that she was no exception. She needed extensive work including having teeth pulled due to considerable decay and her teeth were very crooked. Dr. MacDonald helped us find an excellent oral surgeon to do the necessary work that prepared her for her braces. Sveta should get her braces removed this summer and she is a changed person. Of course she has a more beautiful smile today but more importantly it has really helped with her confidence. Dean "I have hated my teeth for years. My dentist told me I needed braces when I was in my teens but my parents thought they were an unnecessary expense. I contemplated getting braces when I graduated from college but couldn't afford it at the time and was told at that time braces would probably not work when I was older.
